Mallaby v Wensley

26 June 1995 - Partnership Writ drafted by Recorder Andrew Woolman and filed by Eccles Heddon Solicitors, Ripon, in the High Court, Chancery Division, Leeds District Registry (Mallaby v Wensley, 1995M331).

In the premises, the Plaintiff is entitled to her share of the value of the partnership business on dissolution.

The Plaintiff claims:

An Order directing an Inquiry into the shares and proportions of the said partnership held by each party.

An Order that the partnership between the Plaintiff and Defendant be dissolved.

An Order that the affairs of the partnership be wound up.

For the purposes aforesaid that all necessary Accounts and Enquiries be taken and made.

Such further or other relief as the Court thinks fit.

Costs.
